Gems of a Feather offers hand-picked stones and beads chosen for their unique look, quality, and rarity. The stone produced from a mine changes as miners follow the streaks of blue! So there is very little chance for exact duplicates as over time the stone cut in each batch is always disctinctive to the time when it comes from the earth. As I always say - what I have today I may not see again for months/years - or ever again.

I strive to find and put forward turquoise, variscites, and other gems from various mines all over the world with a distinct characteristic that is attractive to a wide audience of jewelers and collectors alike. Building relationships with a wide variety miners and lapidaries is the ethos of Gems of a Feather to provide ethically sourced stone to my customers.
